Be Selfish and Unapologetic in how you value yourself!

We all understand how important, precious, and invaluable our time is   To add to my post yesterday due to all these factors you must learn to be selfish and unapologetic about how you spend this precious commodity.  There will come a time when you do have the time to just sit on the couch and do nothing.  In that time you will have people to come along and try to fill the space of your nothingness with something they "need" you to help them with.  It is in this time that you should prop your feet up and say with conviction "NO I AM BUSY".  When I say be unapologetic I mean when they say " doing what"? Your rebuttal should be short sweet and again with conviction.  Matter of fact you don't even have to give them a response.  I want you to simply give them the look that your momma use to give you when she didn't want to be bothered.  You know that look that says "Not a got darn thing" and if you disturb my peace again you are going to feel the wrath of God.
