Mantras for May
My forever New Years resolution is to work out more and to make better choices with food. I LOVE Sweet Tea, cookies, cake, donuts and brownies. Although my children don't all share my love of the sweet goodies they do love to snack. I couldn't pay them enough to eat a raw vegetable. So we are truly a work in progress. We work on this week by week.
I'm in charge of fueling my body mindfully.
